Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tree Curtis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ray Nathan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Curtis scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Nice jab there from Curtis.
Curtis cracks Nathan with an open hand slap.
A jab lands there for Curtis.

Nathan fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Curtis sprawls well initially but Nathan persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Nathan thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Curtis's head.
Nathan looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Curtis with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Nathan lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Nathan throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Curtis is pressing down on Nathan's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Nathan is sitting in close to Curtis's body. Curtis has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Nathan is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Nathan is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Curtis.
