Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Olivier Levasseur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and The Sigit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sigit is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Gie. The Sigit acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

21 - 13 - 2, fighting out of Tokyo, The Sigit!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shigeki Sano and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Levasseur decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Levasseur wants to take a breather but Sigit is having none of it.
Sigit looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Levasseur is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sigit looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Sigit is looking for a sweep. Levasseur is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Levasseur is trying to control. Sigit wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Sigit is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Levasseur pulls his head out easily.
Levasseur passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Sigit!

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Levasseur cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Sigit is looking to get to half guard.
Sigit sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Levasseur seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Levasseur not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Levasseur looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Sigit with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Levasseur throwing shots but Sigit is blocking nicely.

Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!

Levasseur is looking for a kimura but Sigit is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Levasseur to get the leverage.
Sigit is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Levasseur pulls his head out easily.
Levasseur wants to work for an arm triangle but Sigit is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Levasseur lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Sigit wants to improve his position but Levasseur is controlling well.
Levasseur is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Sigit sees it coming and defends easily.
Sigit is pressing down on Levasseur's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Levasseur trying to control the position from guard on top but Sigit is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Sigit working for a triangle but Levasseur defends it easily.

Levasseur stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sigit swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Levasseur wants to control from the top but Sigit keeps moving.

Sigit is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Levasseur keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Sigit working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Sigit passes the guard and advances to mount!
Sigit pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Olivier Levasseur dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Sigit fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Levasseur on the side of the head.
Levasseur feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Sigit looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Levasseur is posturing up here but Sigit has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Levasseur tries to roll out but it's too tight and Levasseur has to tap! Slick submission there by Sigit!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). The Sigit!
In his post fight interview, The Sigit started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
