Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andriy Kuzmenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Serder Serderov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Serderov is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: One step closer- Linkin Park. Serder Serderov has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
15 - 8 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Andriy Kuzmenko! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Serder Serderov! The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Joseph Jones and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A head kick misses from Serderov. Kuzmenko tries to clinch up but Serderov circles away and keeps his distance. Serderov has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Kuzmenko is landing a low percentage of strikes. Kuzmenko throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Serderov on the side of the head.
It looks like Serder Serderov has been cut. Serderov will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Kuzmenko drops his shoulder and cracks Serderov with a huge uppercut! Serderov goes down! Can Kuzmenko finish him?
Serderov is rocked! Kuzmenko has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kuzmenko controls from within his opponent's guard. Serderov keeping moving, preventing Kuzmenko from controlling successfully. Serderov being controlled here, momentarily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kuzmenko tries to stand but Serderov is controlling from the bottom. Serderov has his feet on Kuzmenko's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Kuzmenko swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Serderov counters with a lovely straight right hand! Kuzmenko throws a hook but Serderov blocks it. Serderov throws a counter combo. Serderov lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Serderov is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Kuzmenko moves in looking to clinch but Serderov pushes him off. Serderov lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Kuzmenko misses with a straight right. Serderov misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Andriy Kuzmenko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kuzmenko throws a jab when Serderov was well out of range. Kuzmenko cracks Serderov with an open hand slap.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kuzmenko misses with a hook. Serderov ducked under it nicely. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kuzmenko throws a looping overhand right but Serderov ducks down to avoid it. Kuzmenko swinging wildly here.
Serderov swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Kuzmenko tries to clinch and Serderov counters with a stiff right hand. A combination from Kuzmenko does no damage. Serderov uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Kuzmenko. Serderov comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Kuzmenko defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Serderov. Kuzmenko darts in trying to clinch and Serderov connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Kuzmenko looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Kuzmenko swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Serderov counters with a straight right hand. Serderov looks for a takedown but Kuzmenko sprawls well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Serderov throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Kuzmenko slaps away a takedown attempt from Serderov, before circling back to the center of the mat. Andriy Kuzmenko has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Serder Serderov. Kuzmenko forces Serderov back against the cage and clinches. Serderov manages to break the clinch.
Kuzmenko throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Serderov counters with a nice leg kick. Serderov gets the takedown into side control. Serderov stands up and beckons Kuzmenko to his feet. Kuzmenko misses with an uppercut. Serderov doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. Serderov throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kuzmenko. Kuzmenko rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Serderov moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Serderov looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Serderov misses the shot to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kuzmenko fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Serderov looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kuzmenko lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Serderov backs up against the cage.
Kuzmenko misses with a looping left. Serderov slips a jab from Kuzmenko. No joy there for Kuzmenko, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

and Serderov counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Kuzmenko misses with a wild combination.
Kuzmenko misses with a looping left. Kuzmenko tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. A nice side step and Serderov releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Serderov keeps the fight on the outside. Kuzmenko moves into range and connects with a jab. Kuzmenko throws a lazy right hand but Serderov sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Andriy Kuzmenko dominated that round. The cut man is working on Serder Serderov's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Serderov fails to land the takedown. Kuzmenko throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Serderov is looking for the big counter here. Serderov looks to land a right hand but Kuzmenko moved out of range. Serderov shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Kuzmenko napping and manages to drive through into side control! Kuzmenko is trying to buck Serderov off. Serderov decides to stand back up. Serderov misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Serderov lands a body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kuzmenko looks to clinch and Serderov counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Serderov lands a high kick!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kuzmenko thows a left - swing and a miss! Serderov doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. A punch combination from Kuzmenko misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kuzmenko throws a hook but Serderov blocks it. Kuzmenko stuffs the takedown. Kuzmenko misses with a right hand and Serderov counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters. Kuzmenko lands a glancing blow to the side of Serderov's head. Andriy Kuzmenko is winning the standup battle so far. The crowd cheers as Kuzmenko lands an impressive looking overhand right. Serderov doesn't seem phased though. Kuzmenko swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Kuzmenko throws a jab but it's blocked by Serderov. Serderov takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Good work by Serderov as he checks the leg kick. Serderov closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Kuzmenko sneaks out the side door and pushes Serderov away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kuzmenko has Serderov up against the cage in a clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Kuzmenko working some nice short punches in the clinch. Serderov jumps into guard, dragging Kuzmenko to the mat.
Serderov is looking to stand up but Kuzmenko isn't so interested in that idea. Serderov has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Kuzmenko has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage. Serderov gets control of Kuzmenko's arms and successfully pulls guard. Serderov will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Serderov keeping moving, preventing Kuzmenko from controlling successfully. Serderov wants to stand but Kuzmenko is controlling the position. Serderov pushes Kuzmenko off and scrambles back to his feet.

and Serderov counters with a solid body kick.

Kuzmenko cracks Serderov with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Serderov tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Kuzmenko pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Serderov is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:22 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Andriy Kuzmenko!
