The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thorsson tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Barbosa breaks from the clinch.
Thorsson throws a right and a left that Barbosa avoids nicely.
Thorsson tries to clinch there but Barbosa circles away.
Barbosa drops Thorsson with a beautiful combination! Thorsson stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Barbosa is looking for the KO!

Barbosa tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Thorsson's elbow.
Barbosa breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Thorsson displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Barbosa throws out the jab.
Thorsson closes the distance but Barbosa moves to the side
enabling Barbosa to counter with a crisp jab.

Barbosa takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Thorsson darts in and clinches Barbosa up against the cage.
