Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tony Stark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Ryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ryan has chosen The Animals - House of the Rising Sun as his entrance music. Jimmy Ryan has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Tony Stark's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jimmy Ryan!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Reed Andrews and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ryan jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Stark swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Ryan bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Stark's head backwards.
Stark throws a series of punches but Ryan moves out of range.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Ryan! But no joy.
Stark connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Stark misses the shot to the body.
Stark tests Ryan's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Stark lands a jab to the head.
Ryan misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Stark.
As Ryan backs away, Stark returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
A big right from Stark misses.
Stark tries a low kick but Ryan avoids it.
Stark throws a left and a right that both miss
and Ryan counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Ryan looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Stark attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Ryan doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Stark throws a jab but it's blocked by Ryan.
Ryan is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Stark.
Stark lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Ryan backs up against the cage.
Stark throws a leg kick but Ryan moved away.
A low kick from Stark misses
and Ryan cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Stark tried to score with a low kick but Ryan checks it.
Stark scores with a one two! Ryan had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Ryan drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Ryan throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Stark lands with an overhand left.
Ryan walks into a stiff left hand from Stark.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Ryan throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Stark connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Ryan has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Stark.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Jab, jab by Ryan - just one landing.
Stark misses the shot to the body.
Ryan checks the leg kick nicely there.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Ryan! But no joy.
Stark misses with a combination
enabling Ryan to counter with a crisp jab.
Stark loads up on a big right hand but Ryan slips the punch.
Stark swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Ryan might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Ryan blocks a low kick nicely.
Nice defenses there by Stark.
As Ryan looks to move away, Stark throws a big counter combo but Ryan just gets out of the way.
Ryan checks a low kick from Stark.
A little jabbing left from Ryan on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Stark thows a leg kick but Ryan checks it
and Ryan cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Ryan scores with a hook to the body. Stark takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Stark throws a front kick aimed at Ryan's knee but Ryan avoids it well.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Oooooh!!! Ryan has knocked Stark down with a huge combo! Ryan steps away and waves a wobbly Stark back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Stark is rocked!
Stark throws a leg kick that is checked
and Ryan counters with a deadly accurate combination that rocks Stark badly! He tries to strike back but Ryan puts an end to that with another precision combo that knocks Stark out cold! Oh man, Stark will never hear the end of this one!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Jimmy Ryan!
