Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lyoto Parks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergei Simenkov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
36 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Lyoto Parks! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
29 - 32 - 1, fighting out of New York, Sergei Simenkov! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Elvis Blanc and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Simenkov forces Parks back against the cage and clinches. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Parks. Parks stops a takedown attempt from Simenkov.
Simenkov breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Simenkov looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Simenkov decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Parks makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work! Parks changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Simenkov with a poor takedown and Parks cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Lyoto Parks has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sergei Simenkov. Parks misses with a wild body shot. Simenkov doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Parks scores with a shot to the body.
Simenkov closes the distance looking to clinch and Parks counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
That's one minute gone in the round. Parks thuds his right hand into Simenkov's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Simenkov is defended easily by Parks. Parks lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Parks looks to score with a jab to the body but Simenkov is just out of range. Simenkov shoots in for a double leg but Parks sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Parks pushes Simenkov up against the cage in a clinch. Parks has a couple of punches blocked by Simenkov.
Simenkov is trying to drag Parks to the mat but Parks just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Parks fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Parks lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Parks lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Simenkov backwards. Parks swings wildly with an uppercut but Simenkov uses good head movement to avoid it. Parks prevents the takedown attempt.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Parks scores with a hook to the body. Parks lands a right hand. Parks throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Simenkovs head. A short right from Parks.
Simenkov is rocked! A short right from Parks. Simenkov is still on wobbly legs! Can Parks finish him? Simenkov blocking some punches.
Parks pushes Simenkov against the cage. Parks is working some dirty boxing. Parks pushes off with a quick right hook! Simenkov goes down! Simenkov tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Parks moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lyoto Parks! After winning the bout, Lyoto Parks thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
