Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tsar Bomba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mathieu Patrice Boulpiquante (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
16 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tsar Bomba!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Mathieu Patrice Boulpiquante!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Phil Schofield and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boulpiquante works Bomba's body with a nice hook.
Boulpiquante tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Bomba throws a head kick that misses.
Boulpiquante swings widly with a right hand
and Bomba counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Bomba looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Nice shot lands for Bomba.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Boulpiquante pushes Bomba back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Boulpiquante's coach down at England Fight Club MMA was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Boulpiquante's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Bomba blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Bomba breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Bomba misses with a body kick.
Bomba swats away the attempt to clinch by Boulpiquante.
Bomba throws a head kick that misses.
Bomba tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Boulpiquante was well out of range. Poor timing from Bomba.

and Boulpiquante counters with a nice uppercut.
This has been an exciting period of action!

It looked like Bomba wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Bomba throws a big counter combination but Boulpiquante scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

Boulpiquante lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bomba circles away quickly and effectively.
Boulpiquante tries to bum rush Bomba with a series of wild strikes but Bomba uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Bomba on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Bomba fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Boulpiquante.

Bomba takes one on the chin but seems OK.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

As Boulpiquante backs away, Bomba returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.

Bomba lands a head kick. Boulpiquante smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Bomba swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.

and Boulpiquante counters with a monster hook and another for good measure! Bomba falls to the ground, out cold! Stick some heavy metal music over the top of that clip and it's one for the highlight makers!
