Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gabriel Gray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rian MacFarlane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). MacFarlane comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The Foggy Dew kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MacFarlane avoids the body shot from Gray.
Gray throws a looping overhand right but MacFarlane ducks down to avoid it.
MacFarlane throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
MacFarlane wants to clinch up but Gray keeps it at a distance.

MacFarlane instigates a clinch.
Gray lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt MacFarlane or not.
Gray is trying to push MacFarlane away but MacFarlane has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
MacFarlane tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Gray's elbow.

Gray manages to break the clinch.
Gray missing with a left hand there. MacFarlane was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
MacFarlane wants to counter with a clinch but Gray pushes him away.
MacFarlane dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gray misses with a telegraphed body shot
and MacFarlane cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
A head kick misses from Gray.
MacFarlane works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
MacFarlane loads up on a big right hand but Gray slips the punch.
Gray looks to score with a jab to the body but MacFarlane is just out of range.

MacFarlane looks to land a body kick but Gray moved away.
As MacFarlane backs away, Gray returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
Gray misses with a low kick.
A jab lands there for MacFarlane.
MacFarlane throws a head kick but Gray moves out of range.
MacFarlane lands a lovely overhand right.
MacFarlane moves to clinch but Gray breaks away
letting Gray counter with a right hand.
Gray tests MacFarlane's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Gray cracks MacFarlane with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Gray has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning MacFarlane to stand back up!

MacFarlane is rocked!

It looks like Rian MacFarlane has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Gray connects with a leg kick. MacFarlane looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
MacFarlane is still on wobbly legs! Can Gray finish him?
Gray darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! MacFarlane's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Gray before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
