Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Viktor Krum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ein Stein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Krum's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Explosive by Bond. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Ein Stein enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
22 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Viktor Krum! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
33 - 16 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Ein Stein! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Steve Smith and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stein throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Stein shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Krum sprawls well. Krum wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Stein gets slowly back to his feet. Nice body punch from Krum. Krum ducks under a wild hook from Stein. Krum moves out of range of the strikes. Krum scores with a nice strike. Stein ducks under a wild hook from Krum. Stein throws out a counter right but Krum avoids it with no problem. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Krum fails with an attempt to clinch.
Krum misses with a body shot
and Stein counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Stein finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

and Stein counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Krum scores with a spinning back kick!
That's one minute gone in the round. Stein throws an overhand right that lands on Krum's shoulder, as Krum tries to avoid the shot. Krum throws a push kick but Stein slaps the foot to one side. Stein tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Krum paws at him with a jab and circles away. Stein shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Krum throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Krum buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Stein looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Krum fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Stein has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Krum scores with a jab. Stein is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Krum moves away from the strike by Stein. Krum explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Krum misses with a wild body shot. Stein is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Krum lands a jab.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Krum scores with a hook to the body. Stein takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Krum lands a front kick. Stein on the wrong end of a nice jab.
It looks like Ein Stein has been cut. Krum is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Stein on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Jab from Krum. Stein throws out a loose jab but Krum uses good head movement to avoid it. Krum seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Stein is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. A telegraphed right hand from Krum misses the target. Stein looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Stein fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Krum is looking to counter punch. Krum is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Stein. Stein throws the left hand but Krum avoids the punch easily. Krum swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Stein lands the left hand.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Krum ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Krum displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Stein. Krum throwing a counter right hand but Stein manages to avoid it. Viktor Krum has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ein Stein. A slapping leg kick lands for Krum.
Krum takes the fight into the clinch. A battle for position here, against the cage. Krum breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Krum lands a jab-cross combination. Stein misses with an uppercut. Krum saw that one coming. Krum lands with a right hand. A decent looking cross lands there for Krum. A shot to the liver by Stein. Beautiful body shot. Viktor Krum is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Krum throws a hook but Stein avoids it easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Krum scores with a jab. Stein acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Krum is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Stein slips a jab from Krum. Viktor Krum seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Krum throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Stein scores with a body shot.

Krum is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Stein. Krum lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. The fighters circling - Krum throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Stein thuds his right hand into Krum's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Krum lands with a nice body punch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Stein with the counter takedown but Krum avoids it easily. Krum throws a looping overhand right but Stein ducks down to avoid it. Stein tries to clinch up. Krum fires out a quick counter leg kick but Stein just manages to avoid it. Krum takes one to the chin there. Krum throws an overhand right that lands on Stein's shoulder, as Stein tries to avoid the shot. Krum delivers a nice body kick. Stein walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Krum ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Stein moves away. Krum scores with a jab. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Krum rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Stein counters with a straight right hand. Krum is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. A solid body kick from Krum. Krum gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Stein. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Krum throws a lazy uppercut
and Krum takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Krum lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Krum pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Stein displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Krum throws out the jab. Stein has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Krum. Krum with a jab. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Krum, as that shot connected.
Stein looks to land a left hand but Krum moved out of range nicely. Krum looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger. Krum loads up on a big right hand but Stein slips the punch. Krum lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Krum tests Stein's chin there with a solid looking shot. Stein bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Krum thuds his shin into the meat of Stein's side.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Krum cracks Stein with a good jab. A big right from Krum misses. Stein flicks out a counter leg kick but Krum steps away. Krum connects with a body shot. Stein misses with a takedown attempt - Krum sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. A chopping leg kick lands by Krum. Krum throws a leg kick but Stein moved away. Krum paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Stein throws a jab but it's blocked by Krum. Krum tries to close the distance and clinch up but Stein swats him away and circles back towards the center. Stein misses with a hook. Krum ducked under it nicely. An attempted straight right counter from Krum misses the target. Krum looks to score with a jab to the body but Stein is just out of range. Stein looks like he wants to counter punch here.

Krum fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Stein looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Krum just misses with a punch to the body.
Stein scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Stein takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Krum tests Stein's chin there with a solid looking shot. Stein blocks a head kick by Krum.
Stein needs to keep his hands up - Krum had a free shot at his head there. Thud! ouch! good body kick from Krum - that will leave a mark!
A telegraphed right hand from Krum misses the target. Krum throws a big shot that misses. Krum throws a leg kick that is checked and Stein counters with a left to the body. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Krum throws a push kick but Stein slaps the foot to one side. It seemed like Stein was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Krum scores with a crisp jab that stopped Stein in his tracks.

Stein lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Stein misses with a wild body shot. Krum scores with a jab. Stein misses the shot to the body. Krum takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Krum thows a leg kick but Stein checks it and Stein counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Krum! Stein tries to advance to mount but can't. Stein controls the position. Krum is looking for a sweep. Stein working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Ein Stein has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stein staying calm. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Stein throws an elbow but Krum slips to the side and avoids it well. Stein misses with the ground and pound. Stein trying to control the position but Krum is working away. Krum is working to avoid the ground and pound but Stein connects with a decent elbow. Krum on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Krum tries to buck Stein off but Stein is having none of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stein lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Krum down.
Krum is looking to regain half guard here but Stein keeps moving and retains side control. Krum struggling a bit here. Stein has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Krum defending against the ground and pound. Krum wants to control but Stein postures up. Stein is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Krum is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Krum is trying to control Stein's posture but Stein avoids it. Krum takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stein lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Stein in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Stein working the ground and pound. Stein lands a decent elbow from side control. Krum manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Stein sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Krum defending well though. Stein thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Krum's head. Krum is looking to control Stein's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Krum avoid being mounted? Stein thows a huge punch but Krum dodges it nicely.
And that's the end of the fight! Ein Stein comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Krum has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
