Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Trine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean Ustorf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Michael Trine! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sean Ustorf! The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yuuki Gou and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ustorf misses with a body kick. Ustorf is looking to clinch. Ustorf shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Trine pinned against the cage. Trine gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Ustorf misses with a straight right. Ustorf throws a one two combo.
Ustorf misses with a hook. Trine ducked under it nicely. Trine looks to clinch and Ustorf counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Trine wants to clinch and Ustorf counters with a straight punch to the midsection. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Trine takes one to the side of the head.
A lazy left from Trine finds it's target.
That's one minute gone in the round. A left lands for Ustorf. Trine closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Trine prevents the takedown attempt.
Ustorf changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Trine fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Michael Trine has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sean Ustorf. Ustorf throws an overhand right that lands on Trine's shoulder, as Trine tries to avoid the shot. Trine misses the jab. Trine shoots in for a double leg but Ustorf sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Michael Trine seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Trine throws a jab when Ustorf was well out of range. Trine closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Ustorf to the mat! Ustorf manages to get full guard. Trine is on the wrong end of a couple of strikes there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Trine won't allow Ustorf to sweep him here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ustorf is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Ustorf had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Trine is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Ustorf Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Trine's back instead. Trine rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Ustorf looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Ustorf looks gassed! Ustorf prevents Trine from improving his position. Ustorf scoring with strikes to the body and head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Trine manages to get to full guard.
Trine looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Ustorf throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Trine tries to land a sweep but no joy. Ustorf is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Trine looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Trine is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Ustorf is trying to get back to full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The fighters are battling for position here. Ustorf manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Ustorf trying to strike off his back.
Trine controls from within his opponent's guard. Trine wants to control from the top but Ustorf keeps moving. Trine sitting in guard here, content to control. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ustorf working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Trine doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Trine manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Trine is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sean Ustorf dominated that round. That's time! Trine's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Trine looks to clinch and Ustorf counters with a single leg into guard. Trine didn't expect that. Ustorf stopping the sweep attempt from Trine. Trine throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Ustorf has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Trine is proving hard to escape from. Ustorf loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Trine strikes from his own guard. Ustorf working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Trine looking to hit a scissor sweep but Ustorf is one step ahead there. Ustorf is breathing heavily. Trine manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

That's one minute gone in the round. Ustorf is in a horrible position here. Trine smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Trine looking for a guillotine from mount but Ustorf is having none of it. Ustorf is trying desperately to improve position. Trine dominating with strikes here. Ustorf wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
Trine trying to control but he's not successful this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ustorf srikes from the bottom but he's lost position and has given up his back.
Trine struggling to keep hold of the position.
Ustorf tries to roll but Trine sticks to his back.
Trine scores with punches and elbows. Trine is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Ustorf knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Ustorf for a finish. Trine biding his time, looking for the opening.
Trine avoiding Ustorf 's attempts to control his hands. Trine scores with some strikes to the side of the head there. Good, points scoring shots.
Ustorf takes a big shot to the side of the head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Trine has the hooks in. Ustorf is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Trine is trying to stick to Ustorf's back but Ustorf is turning into Trine. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Trine's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Ustorf. Ustorf stands up from Trine's guard - Ustorf perhaps looking for a knockout. Ustorf circles away from the clinch attempt letting Ustorf counter with a right hand. Ustorf avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Trine wants to clinch. Ustorf is looking to land body kicks.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Ustorf throws a shot from downtown. Trine moves away and avoids it. Ustorf with a lazy takedown attempt and Trine counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Trine works his way into side control. Trine is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Ustorf looks calm but he's in trouble here. Trine gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Ustorf is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Trine lets go of the hold and Ustorf can pop his arm back in it's socket.
