The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ciosek.
Gracie let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Gracie throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Ciosek tries to clinch but fails miserably
letting Gracie counter with a right hand.

It looks like Zbigniew Ciosek has been cut.

Gracie dives in and scores a takedown into Ciosek's guard.
Gracie has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at London MMA Club. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.

Gracie loads up on a big right hand but Ciosek slips the punch.
Ciosek fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Gracie checks it well.
Gracie needs to keep his hands up - Ciosek had a free shot at his head there.
Gracie throws a lazy right hand but Ciosek sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Ciosek dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Gracie. That did some damage!
Gracie avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Gracie tries to score a power double leg takedown but Ciosek sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Gracie somewhat.
Zbigniew Ciosek has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Maksymilian Gracie.
Ciosek moves in looking to clinch but Gracie pushes him off.
Gracie throws out a counter right but Ciosek avoids it with no problem.

Ciosek gets caught napping as Gracie dives in and scores a takedown. Ciosek manages to retain guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Zbigniew Ciosek will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

A decent looking cross lands there for Gracie.
Gracie goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
