The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Grasso throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Oliveira blocks it with crossed arms.

Still in the clinch, Oliveira scores with a nice short uppercut.

Grasso's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Grasso lands a right hand that snaps the head of Oliveira backwards.
Grasso seems to have recovered his senses.

Grasso pushes off an throws an elbow but Oliveira leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Nice body punch from Oliveira - that landed with a thud.
Oliveira cracks Grasso with a nice body shot.

Oliveira drops Grasso onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Grasso is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Oliveira digs a right hand underneath Grasso's ribcage. Grasso let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Oliveira digs a right hand into Grasso's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Grasso's gas tank.
Oliveira lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Grasso to his knees! Oliveira keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!

A less than humble Fernando Oliveira misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
In defeat, Alex Grasso stepped up to the mic, saying 'I like to apologize to my fans but I didn't time the flight right and I paid for it didn't have enough time to recover this is my first time out here in Tokyo I'll be back!'.
