Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hugo Carmody (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Islam Makhachev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Makhachev has chosen HEY MAMA - David Guetta ft Nicki Minaj & Afrojack as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A solid leg kick lands there for Carmody.
Makhachev is looking to clinch.
Nice defenses there by Carmody.
Carmody scores with the left hand. Makhachev knows he should have avoided that one.
Carmody digs a good hook to Makhachev's body.
Makhachev throws a nice looking combination but Carmody bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Carmody cracks Makhachev with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Carmody.

An attempted straight right counter from Carmody misses the target.
Makhachev slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
It looks like Hugo Carmody has been cut.
Makhachev throws a series of punches but Carmody avoids them all with ease.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

and Carmody counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.

and Carmody counters with a nice right hand that sends Makhachev toppling to the canvas! Makhachev scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Carmody finish him?!

Carmody flashes Makhachev a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Makhachev's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Makhachev crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Carmody punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

Hugo Carmody decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
