Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Topper Harley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duncan Macleod (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Roger Salmon and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harley shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Macleod sprawls well. Macleod wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Harley gets slowly back to his feet.
Macleod fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Harley has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Harley tries to clinch there but Macleod circles away.
Harley could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Macleod tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Let's hope that Macleod has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Macleod! Harley is out on his feet! Macleod rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Harley is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Harley is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
