Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Dan Sergeant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tucker John (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tucker John struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 137.5lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Tucker John looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
John has a takedown stuffed.
John looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
No joy there for Sergeant, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
John throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Sergeant throws a combination. John tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Sergeant throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and John counters with a nice uppercut.
Sergeant looks to land a combination but John avoids it well.

Sergeant looking to score a takedown here. John is defending well but Sergeant drives through and ends up in John's guard.
Sergeant pushes down on John's leg and manages to get into half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Sergeant looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks John with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
John really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sergeant. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Sergeant lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Sergeant connects with a nice short shot to John's temple.
Sergeant lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt John quite badly. John pulls Sergeant in close trying to recover. Sergeant postures up and lands two really hard shots that put John on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but John doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
