And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Hirohito Nitta and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nesto misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Nesto looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Witten rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Nesto moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Witten moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
It looks like Luka Nesto has been cut.
Witten has closed the distance and engaged Nesto in a clinch.

Nesto connects with a knee to the head.
Witten could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Witten lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Nesto backwards.
Nesto tries to pull guard but Witten won't allow it.
Johan Witten has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Luka Nesto.
Witten lands a damaging elbow.

Witten wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Nesto has him pressed against the cage.
Nesto keeps control of Witten as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Witten misses with the head strike.
Nesto turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Witten is looking for a sweep.
Nesto trying to control the action but Witten is working from the bottom.
Nesto is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Witten looks calm but he's in trouble here. Nesto gets his head over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Witten is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Nesto lets go of the hold and Witten can pop his arm back in it's socket.
