Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Davi Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sven Runar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Gracie might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Slaughterhouse-Move On. Runar has chosen Amon Amarth - The Pursuit of Vikings as his entrance music. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Runar connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Oh, that's a big right hand from Runar and Gracie goes tumbling to the canvas! Runar follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.

Gracie is rocked!

It looks like Davi Gracie has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Gracie looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Oh Gracie is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Runar tries to pass the half guard into mount. Gracie knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Gracie seems to have got his legs back now.
Runar tries to stand but can't do so whilst Gracie controls his leg.
Runar missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Runar throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Runar wants to stand up but Gracie is controlling the position.
Runar is trying to control the action in half guard but Gracie is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Gracie won't allow Runar to sweep him here.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Gracie drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Gracie jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Gracie in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Gracie drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Runar dives on top into guard.

Gracie had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Runar is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Gracie Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Runar's back instead.
Runar tries to escape the position.

Runar is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Gracie gets his way!
Runar breaks Gracie's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Gracie utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Runar wanted to stand there but Gracie had control of the position.

Gracie is looking for a triangle but Runar pushes his legs off easily.

Runar stands and steps away. Gracie gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Gracie avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Runar loads up on a big right hand but Gracie slips the punch.
Runar lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Gracie circles away quickly and effectively.
Sven Runar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Gracie shoots in and bounces Runar off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Runar looks gassed!

Gracie drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Runar manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Gracie has Runar in his guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Gracie has his foot on Runar's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Runar works his way back into a safe position though.
Runar wanted to stand there but Gracie had control of the position.
Gracie keeping moving, preventing Runar from controlling successfully.

Runar avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Gracie has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Runar can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Runar is looking to stand up but Gracie won't let him.

Gracie looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Runar has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Gracie is proving hard to escape from.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Runar decides to stand back up. Runar steps back and let's Gracie get back to his feet.
Sven Runar seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Gracie ducks under a wild hook from Runar.
Gracie misses with a takedown attempt - Runar sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Runar connects with a single shot there.
Crack! A monster head kick from Runar and Gracie falls like a tree - timbeeeeeeeeeeerrrr! A highlight reel knockout by Runar!
