Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ben Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Dux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ben Miller! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Frank Dux! The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Shirou Masuda and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dux misses with a takedown attempt - Miller sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Dux closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Miller to the mat! Miller manages to get full guard. Dux trying to control the position from guard on top but Miller is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Miller wants to sweep but no luck. Dux pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Miller is keeping the position for now. Miller working for a triangle but Dux defends it easily.
Dux trying to control but Miller is working from the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dux postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
That's one minute gone in the round. Miller is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Miller has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Dux can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Miller had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Dux defends it easily. Dux passes Miller's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Miller is trying to get back to full guard. Dux is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Miller is looking for a sweep. Dux is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Miller avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Dux. Dux wants to work for an arm triangle but Miller is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Dux looking to ground and pound but Miller is blocking nicely. Dux goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Miller is on top in guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Miller makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Miller trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Miller with a nice head shot there. Miller slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Miller trying to control but Dux is working from the bottom. Dux tries to land a sweep but no joy. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Miller trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Miller might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Miller got a little sloppy there for a moment and Dux has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Miller has managed to get both his arms back between Dux's legs - danger averted. Miller trying to control but Dux is working from the bottom. Dux is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Dux is trying to keep Miller in close.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dux keeping moving, preventing Miller from controlling successfully. Miller cracks Dux with a solid left hand. Miller content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Miller makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Miller trying to control but Dux is working from the bottom. Miller wants to pass the guard but Dux is keeping the position. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Dux has his foot on Miller's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Miller works his way back into a safe position though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Ben Miller will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Dux shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Miller pinned against the ropes. Miller gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Miller's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Dux connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Miller scrambles back to his feet. Frank Dux seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dux misses with a lunging right hand
and Miller counters with a takedown into side control. Miller wants to lay and pray for a moment but Dux keeps working. Dux tries to bench press Miller off him but Miller keeps the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dux felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Dux can't do much from the bottom here. Miller trying to control the position but Dux is working away.
That's one minute gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Dux's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Miller advances nicely into full mount. Miller landing punches. Miller is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Dux can do to turn this around? Miller is looking to work his way around to Dux's back. He needs to be careful though, as he's in danger of losing this dominant position. Dux can't escape the position.
Miller scores with a couple of good head shots there.
It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Miller here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man. Miller lands a big shot there that rocks Dux but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Miller wants to control the pace but Dux is squirming around nicely. Miller looking to finish Dux with some ground and pound. This is bad for Dux! Miller has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Dux really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Dux tries to improve his position but Miller has taken his back! Miller has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Dux tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Miller pushes Dux away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
