Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Noon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rick Rollins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that John Noon has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily John Noon seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of The Island, John Noon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Rick Rollins! The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Winston Alpacca and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Noon wants to slow Rollins down by chopping away at his legs. Rollins misses with a series of wild punches.
Rollins pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Noon half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Rollins avoids the head kick by Noon.
Rollins steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Noon. Noon misses with a hook. Rollins ducked under it nicely. Rollins blocks the body kick.
Noon moves forwards but Rollins connects with a nice, crisp jab.
It looks like John Noon has been cut. Rollins checks a leg kick. Rollins has taken the fight to the clinch.
Rollins is pressed up against the cage. Noon has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Rollins down to the mat. Rollins avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Rollins fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Noon to the ground. Rollins is now in Noon's guard. Noon has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Rollins is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Noon struggles to land a body shot inside as Rollins controls his hands.
Noon tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Noon pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Rollins looks for the body kick but Noon saw that one coming. Rollins throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Rollins misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Noon tries to close the distance and clinch but Rollins swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Rollins listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Rollins tries to clinch up but Noon circles away and keeps his distance. Rollins lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Rollins connects with a good right hand that stumbles Noon. Noon circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Noon is rocked!
John Noon's cut is getting worse. Rollins shoots and scores a devastating slam takedown! Noon is unconscious as Rollins celebrates over his stricken foe!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Slam). Rick Rollins!
