Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Garner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cupcake Poo Frostingface (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ivan Garner! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Cupcake Poo Frostingface! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Alan Glass and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Garner stuffs the takedown attempt from Frostingface. Frostingface gets slowly back to his feet. As Frostingface backs away, Garner returns fire with a leg kick that just misses. Frostingface looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Garner drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Frostingface is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Garner throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Garner could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Frostingface is working to avoid the ground and pound but Garner connects with a decent elbow. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Frostingface dodges the ground and pound from Garner. Frostingface defending against the ground and pound. Garner throws an elbow but Frostingface slips to the side and avoids it well.
That's one minute gone in the round. The ground and pound from Garner seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Frostingface takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Garner misses with the ground and pound. Frostingface tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Garner is in Frostingface's guard. Frostingface is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Garner dives into side control.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Garner connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Frostingface some visible discomfort.

Garner takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Garner is nestled in close to Frostingface, controlling him well. The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. A slow jab from Garner misses its intended target. Garner closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Frostingface quickly recovers to half guard. Garner seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move.
