Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jaden Fox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Slugger Joe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jaden Fox! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Slugger Joe! The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Josh West and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Joe closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Joe dives in and grabs Fox's left leg, looking for a takedown. Fox pushes down on Joe's head and hops out. A shot to the liver by Fox. Beautiful body shot. Fox lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Fox connects with a body shot that sends Joe's belly button to the back. Joe shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Fox defends it nicely. Joe fails with the takedown. Jaden Fox has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Slugger Joe. Fox lands with a shot to the body. Fox throws a nice looking combination but Joe bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Nice sprawl there from Fox as Joe shoots in. Fox seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Joe shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Fox as he avoids it easily. Fox stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Fox wants it to stay on the feet. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Fox misses with a series of wild punches.
Fox changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Fox stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Fox wants it to stay on the feet. Horrible takedown attempt by Joe or perhaps it was just good defense by Fox, which made it look bad.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fox works over Joe's head and body with a nice combination. Joe shoots in and drives through. Fox sprawls well. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Joe scores with a takedown into Fox's guard. Joe thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Fox keeping moving, preventing Joe from controlling successfully. Fox managing to control the position. Joe trying to control the position from guard on top but Fox is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fox is looking for a triangle but Joe pushes his legs off easily.
Joe advances position into side control! Joe tries to move into full mount but can't pass Fox's legs. Joe tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Joe has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Joe has an Americana. Fox didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Joe is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Joe hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
