Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Bobski Oslo! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Mick Ferris! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Sam Margolis and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ferris looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Oslo! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Oslo doing his best to control the position. Can he escape? Ferris is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Oslo is surviving well by controlling Ferris's body position as best he can. Ferris working for a submission but Oslo is keeping him at bay. Ferris tries to control but Oslo wriggling away. Ferris with shots to the head and body - Oslo looks very uncomfortable down there. Oslo wants to hold on but Ferris pushes him away. Ferris landing strikes from the mount and Oslo is in trouble!

It looks like Bobski Oslo has been cut. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Oslo is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Oh Oslo is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Ferris with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Oslo wants to control but Ferris is having none of it. Ferris is in the full mount, landing strikes.

But Oslo has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Oslo! Oslo advances to half guard. Ferris wants to get back to full guard. Ferris thows a huge left but connects with the canvas and not his opponent. Oslo is in bad spot here.
Ferris is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Oslo is defending well though. Ferris let's go of the attempt for now. Ferris missing with strikes from the back. Oslo tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! Oslo regains half guard. Oslo looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Oslo is trying to control but can't.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Oslo is trying to get back to full guard. Oslo regains full guard. Nicely done. Oslo is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Ferris looking to pass the guard. Ferris pushes down on Oslo's leg and manages to get into half guard. Ferris wants to pass the guard but Oslo is defending well. Ferris is looking for a kimura but Oslo is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Ferris to get the leverage. Ferris is thwarting Oslo's attempts to control the position. Ferris seems to be working for a kimura but Oslo defends the submission attempt. Ferris is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Oslo doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Ferris. Ferris is trying to work for a kimura but Oslo is defending well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ferris wants to free his trapped foot but Oslo is holding on for dear life with his legs. Oslo is staying active underneath Ferris, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Ferris thows a huge punch but Oslo dodges it nicely.
Oslo is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Ferris pulls his head out easily. Ferris throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Ferris not landing any meaningful shots this time. Ferris is working for a kimura but Oslo is defending it quite comfortably.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Oslo misses with a double jab.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Oslo is squirming around, avoiding Ferris's attempts to control the action. Ferris jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Oslo is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Oslo and Ferris has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Sloppy strikes there by Ferris. Ferris tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Ferris working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Oslo defending against the ground and pound. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Ferris advances to mount. Ferris forces the positional change into back control. Ferris has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Ferris working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mick Ferris dominated that round. The cut man is working on Bobski Oslo's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Ferris looks for a takedown but Oslo sprawls well. Ferris scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Mick Ferris has got the better of the ground game so far. Oslo gets back to full guard.
Oslo bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Ferris's guard. Ferris tries to land a sweep but no joy. Oslo passes Ferris's left leg - he's now in half guard. Ferris looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Oslo not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Ferris is looking to improve his position.

He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Oslo has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Ferris is really squeezing tight and eventually Oslo passes out! Ferris breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
