Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Granville Hopkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ghandi Bapu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Radbod Blank and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bapu tries a head kick but it misses.
Hopkins shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Hopkins is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hopkins jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Bapu walks away with a smile on his face. Hopkins gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Granville Hopkins will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Hopkins stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Bapu.

Bapu looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Hopkins feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Hopkins shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Hopkins was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Hopkins, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
