Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Supa Mangana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rafael DeJesus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). DeJesus has chosen "Best People in the World" by Elliphant as his entrance music. Supa Mangana is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Rafael DeJesus! The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Winston Alpacca and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mangana misses with a jab, cross combination.
DeJesus fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Mangana goes for a high kick. It partially lands. DeJesus has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. DeJesus takes a head kick and keeps coming.

DeJesus's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Mangana pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. DeJesus manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Mangana is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. DeJesus has his foot on Mangana's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Mangana works his way back into a safe position though. Mangana working some strikes from top position. DeJesus being controlled here, momentarily. Mangana pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. DeJesus is keeping the position for now. Mangana content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Supa Mangana dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

A little jabbing left from DeJesus on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. DeJesus gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Mangana counters with a three punch combo that has DeJesus backing up. DeJesus nods at Mangana to acknowledge the strikes. DeJesus shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Mangana is trying to escape back to his feet but DeJesus uses the scramble to pass into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mangana is trying to control DeJesus's posture but DeJesus avoids it. Mangana tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but DeJesus wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Mangana is trying to improve his position. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! DeJesus tries for a kimura but Mangana is defending well. DeJesus decides to take the fight back to the feet. Supa Mangana is winning the standup battle so far.

DeJesus seems to be working for a kimura but Mangana defends the submission attempt. Mangana is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment. Rafael DeJesus has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. DeJesus looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Mangana on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Mangana tries to get out of the position. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! DeJesus is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Mangana doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time DeJesus.
And that's the end of the fight! Supa Mangana showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Mangana, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
