The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vasara is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Ysengrin.
Ysengrin misses with a right hand
and Vasara counters with a nice uppercut.
Vasara misses with a left hand
and Ysengrin counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
A punch lands to the side of Ysengrin 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Ysengrin ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Vasara has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Cozad MMA LA Elite in the buildup to the fight.
Ysengrin swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Vasara throws a body shot but no joy.
Ysengrin fails to land with a series of punches.
Vasara walks into a left hand.

The crowd cheers as Ysengrin lands an impressive looking overhand right. Vasara doesn't seem phased though.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

An attempted straight right counter from Vasara misses the target.
Ysengrin connects with a combination that backs up Vasara into the cage. Ysengrin lands a flurry of punches that gets past Vasara's guard. Vasara is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Ysengrin bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Artur Ysengrin!
