Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bach Schtrappe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Justin Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Schtrappe comes to the cage accompanied by Phobia by Kreator. Hunter has chosen Can't Be Touched - Roy Jones Jr. as his entrance music. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
25 - 11 - 1, fighting out of New York, Bach Schtrappe! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
20 - 13 - 0, fighting out of New York, Justin Hunter! The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Eddie Farnsworth and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Schtrappe fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Hunter. A momentary lapse in concentration from Schtrappe enables Hunter to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Schtrappe manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Hunter looking to sit in guard and control but Schtrappe gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Hunter has his foot on Schtrappe's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Schtrappe works his way back into a safe position though. Hunter is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Schtrappe is trying is best to control the position here. Schtrappe is refusing to be controlled, as Hunter sits in half guard. Hunter is working for a submission of some sort.
Hunter is trying to work for a kimura but Schtrappe is defending well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hunter thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Schtrappe's head. Hunter not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Hunter prevents Schtrappe from improving his position. Hunter missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Hunter not landing any meaningful shots this time. Schtrappe is looking for a sweep. Hunter is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Schtrappe is not content to let Hunter control the position. Schtrappe trying to control here.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Hunter missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Hunter thows a huge punch but Schtrappe dodges it nicely.
Hunter has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Hunter missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Hunter throwing shots but Schtrappe is blocking nicely. Hunter takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hunter moves nicely into side control. Hunter is trying to ground and pound but Schtrappe uses the momentary lack of control by Hunter to regain half guard. Hunter missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Hunter has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at The Factory. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one. Hunter is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Schtrappe is just riding it out for now. Hunter eventually gives up the hold.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hunter misses with a head shot. Schtrappe uses the momentum to regain guard. Hunter wants to pass the guard but Schtrappe is keeping the position. Hunter pushes down on Schtrappe's leg and manages to get into half guard. Hunter is working for a kimura but Schtrappe is defending it quite comfortably.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Hunter sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Schtrappe defending well though. Hunter thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Schtrappe's head. Hunter is controlling the pace.

Justin Hunter dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Hunter takes the fight into the clinch. A head punch on the inside from Schtrappe fails to land. Hunter wants a takedown.

Bach Schtrappe has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Justin Hunter. Schtrappe is defending well against a takedown attempt. Hunter changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Schtrappe fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Hunter misses with a takedown attempt and Schtrappe connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Schtrappe takes a body punch but keeps moving. Hunter lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Schtrappe circles away quickly and effectively. Hunter tries to clinch up and Schtrappe counters with an inside leg kick. Justin Hunter is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hunter throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Schtrappe. Schtrappe swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Hunter wants to clinch up but Schtrappe keeps it at a distance. Bach Schtrappe is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Hunter misses with a series of wild punches.
Hunter shoots in looking for a takedown but Schtrappe manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Hunter's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Hunter doesn't succeed with the takedown and Schtrappe counters with a left to the body. Hunter is breathing heavily. Hunter changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Schtrappe tries to avoid it but Hunter manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Schtrappe to the ground. Schtrappe escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Schtrappe slips a jab and a cross from Hunter.
Schtrappe turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Schtrappe scores with a jab. Schtrappe is looking to clinch but Hunter is avoiding it.
Hunter tries to counter by closing the distance. Schtrappe connects with an inside leg kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A slapping leg kick lands for Schtrappe.
A low kick from Schtrappe is predictable there and Hunter counters with a nice uppercut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Hunter throws a wild body kick that Schtrappe sees coming a mile off. Hunter tries to bum rush Schtrappe with a series of wild strikes but Schtrappe uses good footwork to avoid the assault. As Hunter backs away, Schtrappe returns fire with a leg kick that just misses. Schtrappe lands with an overhand left. Schtrappe scores with a decent looking hook. Hunter attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Hunter throws a right and a left that Schtrappe avoids nicely. Nice jab there from Schtrappe. Hunter throws a right hand that Schtrappe ducks under and follows up with a left that Schtrappe also avoids with ease. Hunter misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Schtrappe pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Hunter goes for a double leg but Schtrappe avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Schtrappe continues to drive forward.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hunter tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Schtrappe was well out of range. Poor timing from Hunter. Hunter closes the distance but Schtrappe moves to the side and Schtrappe counters with a nice body kick. Hunter tries to move into range but Schtrappe moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Hunter throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Hunter throws a body shot but no joy. Schtrappe was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Hunter misses with a wild combination.
Schtrappe fires out a quick counter leg kick but Hunter just manages to avoid it. Hunter is trying hard to land a takedown here. Schtrappe sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Hunter fails in his attempt to clinch. Justin Hunter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Schtrappe throws a right and a left that both miss. Hunter closes the distance looking to clinch and Hunter takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
That's four minutes gone in the round. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Hunter crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Schtrappe - the referee stops the clock and Hunter gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Schtrappe. Hunter manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Hunter throws a series of punches but Schtrappe moves out of range. Hunter misses with a takedown and Schtrappe counters with a straight right hand. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Schtrappe keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Hunter tries to clinch but fails miserably and Schtrappe counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Schtrappe cracks the inside of Hunter's front leg. Hunter fails with the takedown. Schtrappe connects with a jab. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bach Schtrappe dominated that second round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
Nice straight punches there by Schtrappe. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Schtrappe. Hunter throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Schtrappe's waist but Schtrappe gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hunter off to one side. Hunter throws a head kick that misses and Schtrappe counters with a lovely straight right hand! Bach Schtrappe is winning the standup battle so far. Schtrappe tests Hunter's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Hunter is rocked! Schtrappe looks for the body kick but Hunter saw that one coming. Hunter is still on wobbly legs! Can Schtrappe finish him? Schtrappe cracks a nice hook into Hunter's ribs. Hunter misses with a double jab
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Schtrappe paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Schtrappe rushes Hunter and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. A head punch blocked on the inside by Schtrappe. Schtrappe lands with a short shot to the head. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A short right hand to the side of the head by Schtrappe. Hunter takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Hunter drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Bach Schtrappe has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Justin Hunter.
That's one minute gone in the round. Schtrappe swings wildly with an uppercut but Hunter uses good head movement to avoid it. Hunter has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Schtrappe after a bit of a struggle. Schtrappe working aggressively here.
Hunter is trying to drag Schtrappe to the mat but Schtrappe just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Schtrappe presses Hunter against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Hunter seems to have recovered his senses. Schtrappe lands a hook that snaps the head of Hunter backwards. Schtrappe swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Schtrappe is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Hunter can do to turn this around? Schtrappe lands a right hand that snaps the head of Hunter backwards. Schtrappe working some nice short punches in the clinch. Still in the clinch, Schtrappe scores with a nice short uppercut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Schtrappe lands a right hand. Schtrappe softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Schtrappe lands a hook that snaps the head of Hunter backwards. Schtrappe lands a shoulder strike. Schtrappe dips a shoulder and cracks Hunter with a mighty uppercut! Hunter falls back against the cage and Schtrappe unloads with a barrage of strikes! Hunter is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Schtrappe screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:23 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bach Schtrappe! An out of breath and clearly excited Bach Schtrappe thanked Fury Nutrition for their help and support (and free stuff they sent him). Justin Hunter was interviewed post fight and said 'I'll be back!'.
