The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Dragunov.
Dragunov scores with a takedown into Crocup's guard.
Dragunov stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Crocup swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Dragunov drops back looking for a leg! Crocup is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Crocup manages to kick Dragunov off! Dragunov jumps back into Crocup's guard.

Crocup should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Crocup's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

Dragunov jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Crocup is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Crocup and Dragunov has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Crocup really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dragunov. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Dragunov has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Dragunov cracks Crocup with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Crocup paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Dragunov shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Dragunov wants to control the pace but Crocup is squirming around nicely.
Dragunov lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Poor strikes thrown by Dragunov there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Crocup takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Dragunov has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Crocup is defending well but eventually Dragunov manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Crocup has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
