Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Danny Studge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Reyanne Ignacio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ignacio has chosen DO SOME SHIT as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Reyanne Ignacio struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 157.1lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Danny Studge has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, David Schapiro and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ignacio misses with a body shot.
Studge tries to counter by clinching up but Ignacio breaks away and moves out of range.
Ignacio fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Studge gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Studge throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Ignacio fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Studge doesn't manage to clinch there - Ignacio circles away.
We've been told by Studge's head coaches at Phoenix Mixed Martial Arts that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Ignacio throws an overhand right that lands on Studge's shoulder, as Studge tries to avoid the shot.
Ignacio thows a left - swing and a miss!
Studge was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Ignacio sizes up Studge with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Studge ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ignacio moves away.
Ignacio misses with a wild combination.
Ignacio throws a body shot but no joy.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ignacio throws a series of punches but Studge avoids them all with ease.
Studge comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Studge fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

Studge lands a big right hand that sends Ignacio crashing to the mat! Studge stays standing though and waves Ignacio back to his feet!

Studge finds Ignacio's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Ignacio flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Studge lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Ignacio will be OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Danny Studge!
Danny Studge decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
The defeated Reyanne Ignacio had this to say: 'RESPECT MY OPPONENT HE'S TOUGH '.
