With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tristan McAndrews!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, John Roberts and Chad Campbell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice shot lands for McAndrews.


It looks like John Carter has been cut.
McAndrews takes a swing at Carter's ribcage but misses.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Carter looks up at the clock and then as McAndrews takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Carter smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Carter has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
McAndrews takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Carter scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at McAndrews to see if he's OK.

McAndrews takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Carter misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
McAndrews wants to get back to his feet but Carter is dominant here and he's now got McAndrews's back!

Carter gets his hands free as McAndrews looks to control.

Carter has his opponent trapped and is landing shots. Not a good position for McAndrews.
McAndrews wants to get back to his feet.
Carter trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure McAndrews doesn't escape.
Carter connects with a big shot to the side of McAndrews's head.

Carter biding his time, looking for the opening.
McAndrews is covering up but some of the strikes from Carter are getting through and doing damage.
Carter lands a punch that was close to the back of the head but the ref thinks it's OK.
Carter is working the ground and pound. Can McAndrews escape?

Carter scores with a nice shot to the head of his opponent. McAndrews is looking for a way out.


McAndrews is rocked!
The referee is taking a good look at McAndrews as he is on the wrong end of some big shots from Carter!
McAndrews is still in real trouble! Can Carter finish him?
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Carter lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Carter.
Carter lands strikes from the back and McAndrews isn't doing enough to escape the position. The referee steps in to end the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). John Carter!
John Carter tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
