Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ianko Ianin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Curtis Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ianko Ianin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Curtis Williams! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Wesley Smith and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Williams avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Ianin clinches. Ianin is trying to maintain a safe position but Williams gets an underhook and turns Ianin into the cage. Williams should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Ianin gets a trip takedown into half guard. Ianin sitting and controlling from the half guard. Williams is looking for a sweep. Ianin is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Williams is looking to control Ianin's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Williams avoid being mounted? Ianin wants to stand up but Williams has a hold of him and won't allow it. Ianin looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Williams looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Williams trying to control from the bottom.
Ianin wants to take a breather but Williams is having none of it.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Ianin misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Ianin tries to keep at a distance but Williams has taken the fight into the clinch. Come on Williams - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Williams wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Ianin jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Williams walks away with a smile on his face. Ianin gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Williams fails to land the takedown. No luck for Williams with that takedown attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Ianin fails to land the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ianko Ianin. That's going to take a lot out of him. Ianin tries to clinch but Williams moves out of range. Some bone on bone action there as Ianin checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Ianin shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Williams but Williams pushes him off and we're back to square one. Horrible takedown by Williams or perhaps it was just good defense by Ianin which made him look bad. Williams misses with a series of wild punches.
Danga de danga de dang - Williams scores with a four punch combination! Williams tries for a takedown but Ianin sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Williams looks gassed!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ianin decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Ianin works his foot free and advances to mount. Williams is trying to stand up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ianin lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Williams hang on? Williams is squirming around, avoiding Ianin's attempts to control the action. Ianin in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Williams tries to improve his position but instead Ianin has taken his back!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ianin throwing sloppy strikes. Williams tries to roll but Ianin sticks to his back.
Williams is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Williams trying to control but not successfully. Williams is trying to break free.
Ianin is looking to control Williams but Williams is wriggling around and keeping busy. Williams is taking damage to the body and head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ianko Ianin dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Ianin. A clash of legs there as Ianin blocks the low kick. Ianin avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Williams shoots in and drives through. Ianin sprawls well. Ianin wants to clinch up but Williams keeps it at a distance. Ianin shoots in but Williams avoids the takedown attempt easily. Nice takedown defense from Williams. No joy for Ianin on that attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ianko Ianin. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Williams closes the distance but Ianin moves to the side and Ianin counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Williams is lucky that one didn't land flush. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Ianin wants to clinch and Williams counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ianin shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Williams but Williams pushes him off and we're back to square one. Ianko Ianin is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Williams clinches. Ianin tries to pull guard but Williams won't allow it.

Williams is working for takedown but Ianin is calmly controlling the position for now. Williams content to slow the pace in the clinch.

Williams wants to stand and escape but Ianin is having none of it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ianin tries to stand but Williams is controlling from the bottom. Williams keeping moving, preventing Ianin from controlling successfully.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ianin stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Williams swivels though and keeps the full guard. Williams is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Williams closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ianin circles away.

The fight stays on the outside here - Ianin looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Williams has a takedown stuffed. Williams blocks the body kick.
Ianin throws a sloppy head kick and Williams moves out of range easily. Williams tries to clinch but Ianin is having none of it. Williams gets in close and instigates a clinch. Williams wants a takedown but no success here.

Williams throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ianin's waist but Ianin gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Williams off to one side. Ianin stuffs the takedown attempt from Williams. Williams gets slowly back to his feet. Ianin lands a nice looking body kick. Williams shoots in but no luck this time. Ianin has closed the distance and engaged Williams in a clinch.
Williams stalling in the clinch but Ianin improves position. Ianin avoids the elbow strike from Williams, against the cage.
Williams is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Ianin gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ianko Ianin dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Ianin fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Williams clinches up with Ianin and pushes him back against the cage. Ianin is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Williams tries to pull guard but Ianin won't allow it.
Williams drops down looking for an ankle pick but Ianin pulls his leg out and moves away.
Ianin has a takedown stuffed. Williams circles away from the clinch attempt.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Williams tries for a takedown but Ianin sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Ianko Ianin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Curtis Williams. Williams pushes Ianin up against the cage in a clinch. Ianin is trying to drag Williams to the mat but Williams just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Williams closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Williams lands in his opponent's guard. Ianin is trying to keep Williams in close.
Ianko Ianin is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Williams pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Ianin is keeping the position for now. Williams must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Williams trying to control but Ianin is working from the bottom. Williams trying to move into half guard but instead Ianin has managed to sweep!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ianin trying to control the position from guard on top but Williams is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Williams is looking to stand up but Ianin isn't so interested in that idea. Ianin postures up.
Williams keeping moving, preventing Ianin from controlling successfully. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Williams fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Curtis Williams has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Williams misses with a double jab.
And that's the end of the fight! Curtis Williams comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Ianin has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
