Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between David Bylund (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and William Corbin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that William Corbin was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, David Bylund! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, William Corbin! The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Winston Alpacca and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Corbin walks into a stiff left hand from Bylund. Bylund darts in trying to clinch and Corbin counters with a shoot takedown. Bylund fights it but they end up in guard. Corbin throwing strikes from guard but Bylund blocks nicely. Corbin throws a big right hand that misses. Corbin throws a strike but Bylund rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Corbin pulls Bylund in close to his closed guard and prevents Bylund from doing any damage or advancing position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bylund trying to control the position from guard on top but Corbin is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Corbin is on top in guard.
Bylund knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Corbin on the ground. Corbin throws a big right hand that misses. Corbin postures up and lands a big shot to Bylund's brow. Corbin lands a couple of decent looking shots. Bylund utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Bylund on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Bylund tries to get out of the position. Bylund looking to hit a scissor sweep but Corbin is one step ahead there. Corbin tries to free his leg and advance position but Bylund is retaining full guard. Corbin lands a couple of elbows.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Corbin lands a couple of decent looking shots. Bylund tries to land a sweep but no joy. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Corbin accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Corbin is working Bylund over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Bylund being controlled here, momentarily. Corbin is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Corbin lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Corbin scoring with punches to the head and body. Bylund is rocked! Corbin cracks Bylund with a solid left hand. Oh Bylund is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Corbin scoring with some ground and pound. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Corbin looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Bylund can't hide his disappointment, as Corbin celebrates the victory.
