Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Steve Austin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thor Youngblood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Steve Austin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Thor Youngblood! The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Damien Edna and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Austin showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Youngblood.
Austin drops down looking for a counter takedown but Youngblood sprawls and moves away. Youngblood throws a nice looking combination but Austin bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Austin attempts a counter takedown but Youngblood avoids it well and moves away. Youngblood rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Austin moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Austin changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Youngblood misses with a combination
and Austin counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Austin is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Youngblood has managed to free his arm - good work. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Austin looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Austin in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Youngblood tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Austin!
