Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
16 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Conor Harris! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 11 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jaan Jalgratas! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, John Roberts and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A punch combination from Harris misses. Jalgratas only half commits to the counter leg kick. Jalgratas throws a nice head kick!
Harris throws a good cross that connects.
Jalgratas misses with an uppercut. Sloppy strikes from Harris. Those never looked like landing. Jalgratas tries to clinch but Harris is having none of it. As Jalgratas looks to move away, Harris throws a big counter combo but Jalgratas just gets out of the way. Harris tries to land a front kick but Jalgratas steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Jalgratas let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. Harris lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Harris has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Harris there as he acknowledges the shot. Harris on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Harris misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Harris moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Harris tries to land a body kick and Jalgratas cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Jalgratas is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Jalgratas fails in his attempt to clinch. Harris rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jalgratas moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Harris ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Donk. Harris catches Jalgratas right on the button with a cross. Jalgratas wants to clinch up but Harris keeps it at a distance. Some wild striking there from Harris.
Harris takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Jalgratas throws a head kick that half lands.
Harris throws a jab when Jalgratas was well out of range. Jalgratas throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Conor Harris is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Jalgratas cracks Harris with a good jab. Harris keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Jalgratas misses with a left hand and Harris counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Jalgratas thinking. Jalgratas throws a right hand that misses
and Harris counters with a series of strikes. Jalgratas will be more careful next time no doubt. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Jalgratas changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Jalgratas throws a leg kick but Harris checks it. Harris misses with a jab, cross combination.

Jalgratas misses with a looping left. Harris tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Jalgratas was well out of range. Poor timing from Harris. Jalgratas scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Jalgratas shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Harris's guard. Jalgratas looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Harris controlling the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jalgratas sitting in guard, not really doing much. Harris looking for a sweep. Not yet Harris, not yet. Harris is pulling down on Jalgratas's head. It's preventing any offense from Jalgratas, at least for the moment. Jalgratas not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Jalgratas throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Harris works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Harris blocks a head kick by Jalgratas.

Jalgratas now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Jalgratas throws the left hand but Harris avoids the punch easily. Harris swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Jalgratas tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Harris scores with a decent looking hook. Jalgratas takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Harris thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Jalgratas if he has to take too many more of those.
Harris stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Harris wants it to stay on the feet. Jalgratas slips a jab from Harris. Jalgratas turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Harris throws a right and a left that both miss. Harris scores with a kick to the body.
Jalgratas takes a shot right to the bread basket. Jalgratas dives in and grabs Harris's left leg, looking for a takedown. Harris pushes down on Jalgratas's head and hops out. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jalgratas misses with a knee to the head. Harris pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Jalgratas is looking to clinch but Harris is avoiding it.

Conor Harris is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Jalgratas throws a sloppy head kick and Harris moves out of range easily. As Jalgratas backs away, Harris returns fire with a leg kick that just misses. Jalgratas cracks Harris with a right hand to the side of the head. Harris moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Harris has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Jalgratas. Jalgratas throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Jalgratas misses with a head kick.

Jalgratas throws out a loose jab but Harris uses good head movement to avoid it. No joy there for Harris, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Harris throws a right hand that Jalgratas ducks under and follows up with a left that Jalgratas also avoids with ease.

letting Jalgratas counter with a right hand. Jalgratas drives through and clinches with Harris against the cage.
Harris is trying to break the clinch but Jalgratas is controlling him. Harris manages to break the clinch.
Jalgratas closes the distance and lands a one-two. Jalgratas rushes Harris and presses him up against the cage. Harris pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Harris managing to block the knees to the body from Jalgratas.
A frustrated look appears on Harris's face as he tries to break the clinch. Harris blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Jalgratas misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Harris stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Harris breaks from the clinch.
Harris tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Jalgratas was well out of range. Poor timing from Harris. Jalgratas throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Harris throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

Jalgratas steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Harris. A looping hook to the body misses from Harris. Jalgratas does a little dance to reset his feet. Jalgratas scores with a head kick. Harris tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Jalgratas throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Jalgratas's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Harris connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Jalgratas scrambles back to his feet. Horrible takedown attempt by Jalgratas or perhaps it was just good defense by Harris, which made it look bad. Harris throws a sloppy head kick and Jalgratas moves out of range easily. Harris sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Harris needs to keep his hands up - Jalgratas had a free shot at his head there. Jalgratas lands with a good body shot. Jalgratas swings and misses with a hook to the body.

A quick step to the side and Harris tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Jalgratas takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Harris lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jalgratas circles away quickly and effectively. Harris looks to land a combination but Jalgratas avoids it well. A telegraphed right hand from Harris misses the target. It seemed like Jalgratas was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Harris misses with a jab, cross combination.
Harris fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Jalgratas has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Jalgratas keeps Harris at a distance using the push kick. Harris jabs Jalgratas right on the nose. Jalgratas blinks but takes it well.
Jalgratas is rocked! The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Harris misses with a few strikes there.
Jalgratas throws the kick towards the body but Harris avoids it. Harris sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Jalgratas blocks a head kick by Harris.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Conor Harris will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Jalgratas changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Jalgratas digs a good body shot into Harris's ribs. Jalgratas shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Harris as he avoids it easily. Jalgratas blocks a jab. A little jabbing left from Jalgratas on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Harris pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Harris misses with a looping right. Harris closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. The crowd cheers as Jalgratas lands an impressive looking overhand right. Harris doesn't seem phased though. Jalgratas shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Harris manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Jalgratas controls from within his opponent's guard. Harris is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
That's one minute gone in the round. Harris wants to get back to his feet but Jalgratas is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Jalgratas passes into half guard. Harris wants to get back to his feet.
Jalgratas is looking to take a break and control but Harris is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Harris is trying to stand up here but Jalgratas is controlling him well.

Harris breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Jaan Jalgratas has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Jalgratas forces Harris back against the cage and clinches. Harris's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
And that's the end of the fight! Jaan Jalgratas comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Harris has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
