Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Venom Page (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chief Curry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Page's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, In Flames - Colony. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Curry closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Page scores with a shot to the body.
Page dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Page lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Curry takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Page lands with an overhand left.
A jab from Page does it's job there.
Page ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Curry moves away.

Curry has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Curry needs to keep his hands up - Page had a free shot at his head there.

Page bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Curry's head backwards.

Page lands a really nice looking cross but Curry seems unphased.

Curry stuns Page with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Page fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Curry looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Curry on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Page stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Page lands a jab-cross combination.
Page is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

Curry takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Page scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Curry doesn't seem bothered though.
Page works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Page circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Curry to the canvas! Curry doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Page keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
