Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Andy Wilkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Reuben Cox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cox comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Lituation-Fabolous kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
32 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Andy Wilkins! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Reuben Cox! The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Ian Loll and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wilkins is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Cox. Wilkins shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Cox defends it nicely. Cox misses with a head kick.
Wilkins avoids the head kick by Cox.
Wilkins tries to score a power double leg takedown but Cox sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Wilkins somewhat. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wilkins rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Cox counters with a stiff right hand. Cox pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Wilkins changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cox pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Wilkins throws a hook but Cox blocks it. Cox tries to counter with a clinch but Wilkins shakes him off and moves away. Wilkins throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Cox was covering up waiting for the punch and Wilkins finishes the takedown easily into guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wilkins content to stall in guard here. Cox working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Wilkins doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Wilkins manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Cox throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wilkins working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Cox has his hands on Wilkins's head, controlling the position. Wilkins postures up.
Wilkins is working Cox over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Wilkins loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Wilkins has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Wilkins trying to control but Cox is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cox escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Wilkins gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Cox pulls Wilkins in close to prevent any damage. Wilkins cracks Cox with a solid left hand. Cox is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Cox is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Wilkins wants to pass the guard but Cox is keeping the position. Cox keeping moving, preventing Wilkins from controlling successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Cox trying to control the position.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Wilkins avoids the head kick by Cox.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Wilkins. You can see the frustration on Cox's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Wilkins throwing strikes but missing, from side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Andy Wilkins will probably get the nod. That's time! Wilkins's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Wilkins with a nice cross. Cox throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Wilkins's head. Wilkins steps into range and cracks Cox with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Cox flops backwards and Wilkins dives into his guard looking to finish!
Cox is rocked! Wilkins is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Cox can do to turn this around? Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Hammerfist, elbow! yells Wilkins's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Cox is still in real trouble! Can Wilkins finish him? Cox is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Wilkins controls from within his opponent's guard. Wilkins's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Cox is trying to keep Wilkins in close.

Check out the look on Wilkins's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Cox is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Wilkins is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Wilkins is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Cox goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Wilkins!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Andy Wilkins! An out of breath Andy Wilkins thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career. In defeat, Reuben Cox stepped up to the mic, saying 'Yo girl likes to rub my cox, fag!'.
