The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lantaff tries for a takedown but Mckenzie circles away easily
and Mckenzie counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Lantaff looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Lantaff postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lantaff passes easily into side control. Nice work.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Lantaff loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Mckenzie scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Lantaff land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Lantaff stands and salutes the crowd.
