Clements has chosen Tech N9ne - Straight Out The Gate as his entrance music. Damion Wayne has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Damion Wayne!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jamaal Clements!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Chad Campbell and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from Clements misses.
Wayne lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Wayne misses with an uppercut. Clements saw that one coming.
Wayne lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Clements at a distance.
Wayne scores with a hook.
Clements throws a good cross that connects.
Clements takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Wayne misses with a shot to the body
and Clements counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Clements.
Clements passes easily into side control. Nice work.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Clements works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Clements working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.

Clements scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Wayne to see if he's OK.

Clements tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.

Wayne is trying to buck Clements off.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Wayne looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Wayne takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.

Clements lands a strong strike to the head of Wayne. That's dazed him! Clements looking to finish here. Wayne is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Clements lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jamaal Clements!
