Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Morrison Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and DJ Thunda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee comes to the cage accompanied by The Pretender. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Columbo Gatti and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thunda uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Lee.
Lee shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Thunda's guard.
Thunda bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Lee's guard.

Thunda got a little sloppy there for a moment and Lee has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Thunda has managed to get both his arms back between Lee's legs - danger averted.

Lee has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Thunda can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Lee's coaches at Martial Arts Dojo have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position.

Lee is wriggling around trying to escape.
Thunda takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Lee is looking to get to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Lee sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

My spies in The Beast inform me that Thunda has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lee is looking for a triangle but Thunda pushes his legs off easily.

Thunda stays in close to Lee's body and controls the position.

Thunda is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Thunda slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Lee wants to improve his position but instead Thunda has moved into half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
DJ Thunda dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Lee, right into the meat.
Lee swings away with a body shot that misses
and Thunda counters with a one-two to the body.
Thunda catches Lee with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
It looks like Morrison Lee has been cut.
Thunda with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Lee to score with a decent uppercut.
Thunda uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Lee.
Thunda moves out of range as Lee strikes.
Thunda misses with a low kick.
Lee is looking to counter punch.
Thunda needs to keep his hands up - Lee had a free shot at his head there.
Lee lands a jab to the head.
Nice shot lands for Lee.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Lee misses with a straight left.
Lee dives in and grabs Thunda's left leg, looking for a takedown. Thunda pushes down on Lee's head and hops out.
Thunda lands with a kick to the temple. Lee shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Lee connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Thunda throws a hook to the side of Lee's head but Lee sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Thunda lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Lee at a distance.
Thunda throws a lazy uppercut
and Lee counters with a good low kick that Thunda was not able to check.

Thunda walks into a straight right hand from Lee.
Thunda lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Lee buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Lee misses with a wild body shot.
Lee fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Thunda looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Lee swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Good shot there by Lee.
Thunda takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Thunda throws a big shot that misses.
Donk. Thunda catches Lee right on the button with a cross.
Lee is rocked!
Thunda misses with the combination.
Lee appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Oh Lee is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Thunda throws an overhand right that drops Lee like a sack of potatoes! Thunda dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
