Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Marlon Gibbs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harry Baals (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Harry Baals will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Marlon Gibbs!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Harry Baals!
The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Santiago Holmes and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baals moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Baals lands with an uppercut that bounces Gibbs off the cage and back into range.
Gibbs is rocked!
Gibbs misses with a kick to the body
and Baals counters with a nice right hand that sends Gibbs toppling to the canvas! Gibbs scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Baals finish him?!
Oh Gibbs is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gibbs fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Baals, pushing him back against the cage.
Gibbs jumps guard but Baals stands there with Gibbs around his waist. Gibbs gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Baals pushes Gibbs against the cage. Baals is working some dirty boxing. Baals pushes off with a quick right hook! Gibbs goes down! Gibbs tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Baals moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Harry Baals!
