1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Shane One Punch! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ryiah Kilbas! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Frank Dennis and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Donk. One Punch catches Kilbas right on the button with a cross. Kilbas slips under a jab. Kilbas slips under a jab from One Punch. Kilbas has a takedown stuffed. One Punch ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Kilbas tries for a takedown but One Punch sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. One Punch lands a jab to the head.
Kilbas has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. A jab lands there for One Punch. One Punch throws a looping overhand right but Kilbas ducks down to avoid it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. One Punch lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
It looks like Ryiah Kilbas has been cut. Shane One Punch seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. One Punch scores with a three punch combo!

One Punch could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Kilbas on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. One Punch throws out a loose jab but Kilbas uses good head movement to avoid it. One Punch misses with a few strikes there.
Kilbas shoots for a double leg takedown but One Punch sprawls well. He's pushed Kilbas's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as One Punch accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. One Punch postures up in Kilbas's guard and throws a big left but Kilbas blocks it. One Punch content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. One Punch has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. One Punch trying to control the position from guard on top but Kilbas is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. One Punch connects with a couple of short punches. One Punch shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Kilbas's guard. One Punch sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Kilbas's guard. One Punch is trying to control the action in half guard but Kilbas is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. One Punch lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. One Punch scoring with strikes to the body and head. One Punch decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up. I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

A decent looking cross lands there for One Punch. Shane One Punch is winning the standup battle so far. Kilbas fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging One Punch to the ground. Kilbas is now in One Punch's guard. Shane One Punch is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. One Punch is looking to cinch up a triangle. Kilbas throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to One Punch's body to avoid the submission. One Punch has instead reached around Kilbas's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! One Punch arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
