Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rama Arjuna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Del Oeste (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Arjuna comes to the cage accompanied by Om. Del Oeste has chosen Coming Home as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ryan Del Oeste!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Del Oeste misses with a looping right.
Ryan Del Oeste seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Arjuna misses with a body kick.
Arjuna throws a jab but it's blocked by Del Oeste.
Arjuna scores with a slapping inside leg kick.

Del Oeste is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Arjuna's half guard.

Arjuna manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Del Oeste uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Del Oeste.
Arjuna throws a hook to the side of Del Oeste's head but Del Oeste sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Del Oeste takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Del Oeste misses with an uppercut. Arjuna saw that one coming.

Arjuna closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Del Oeste tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Arjuna breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Arjuna pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Del Oeste back to the cage. Arjuna follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Danga de danga de dang - Del Oeste scores with a four punch combination!
Del Oeste goes for a double leg but Arjuna avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Arjuna continues to drive forward.
Rama Arjuna has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ryan Del Oeste.
Del Oeste loads up on a big right hand but Arjuna slips the punch.
Arjuna is looking for a counter combo.
Del Oeste throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Arjuna stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Del Oeste misses with an uppercut
and Arjuna counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Arjuna throws a left and a right that both miss
and Del Oeste counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Arjuna moves into the clinch.
A short left from Arjuna.
Del Oeste is trying to pull guard but Arjuna turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Arjuna lands with a light punch inside.
Del Oeste tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Arjuna will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Del Oeste up against the cage.
Arjuna is working Del Oeste over against the cage.
Del Oeste misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Arjuna misses with a hook to the ribs.
Arjuna lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Arjuna lands a left hand.
Arjuna pushes Del Oeste back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

A quick uppercut on the inside from Arjuna.
Del Oeste tries to pull guard but Arjuna forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Arjuna lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Del Oeste backwards.


Del Oeste is rocked!

Del Oeste is still on wobbly legs! Can Arjuna finish him?
Arjuna stalling.
Del Oeste seems to have recovered his senses.
Arjuna lands a left hand that snaps the head of Del Oeste backwards.
Arjuna lands a shoulder strike.
Del Oeste blocks a body shot from Arjuna.

A frustrated look appears on Del Oeste's face as he tries to break the clinch.
A shot in the inside from Arjuna.
Del Oeste takes a shot to the head.
Arjuna is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Arjuna pushes Del Oeste against the cage. Arjuna is working some dirty boxing. Arjuna pushes off with a quick right hook! Del Oeste goes down! Del Oeste tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Arjuna moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rama Arjuna!
A victorious Rama Arjuna thanked his army of followers in his post fight interview, telling people to make sure they follow him on Twitter.
Ryan Del Oeste was interviewed post fight and said 'Tomorrow I'll be back in camp training, getting better than ever. Then I will come back and show what I am really made of.'.
