Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Unz Unz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mel Gordon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gordon has chosen S.O.B. - Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Mel Gordon was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gordon looks to land a right hand but Unz moved out of range.
It looked like Unz wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Gordon looks to land a combination but Unz avoids it well.
Unz changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Unz fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Unz is trying to work for a kimura but Gordon is defending well.

Gordon felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
Gordon is trying to maintain the position but Unz is very close to passing his half guard.
Gordon is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Unz is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Unz is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Gordon doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Unz.

Unz seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Gordon is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
