The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bosch digs a good hook to Kullervo's body.
Kullervo misses with the body kick
letting Bosch counter with a right hand.
It looks like Kalle Kullervo has been cut.
Bosch goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Bosch misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Kullervo counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Kullervo has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Kalle Kullervo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bosch throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Kullervo throws a body shot but no joy.
A counter left hand to the body from Bosch misses its target.
Bosch jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Kullervo connects with a crisp jab.
Bosch misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bosch tries a head kick but it misses.
Kullervo scores with a punch to the head.
A lazy body kick from Kullervo
and Bosch counters with a stiff right hand.
We've been told by Bosch's head coaches at IMMA Gym of Elite ASS that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A nice side step and Kullervo releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Bosch pounces like a tiger and cracks Kullervo with a vicious hook! Kullervo is down but not out! Bosch follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
