Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Marlon Delim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danila Babushkin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Danila Babushkin struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 136.8lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Danila Babushkin will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Marlon Delim! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Danila Babushkin! The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Jonathan Paton and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Delim avoids a punch combination nicely.
Babushkin throws a sloppy head kick and Delim counters with a nice double leg into side control. Babushkin won't be happy with that. Delim controlling the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Babushkin is trying to control Delim's posture but Delim avoids it. Delim is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Delim passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Babushkin!
That's one minute gone in the round. Delim controlling his opponent. Babushkin has given up his back. Will we see Delim going for some submissions?

Delim seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Babushkin for as long as he can get away with. Delim has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Babushkin is trying to break free.

Delim's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Babushkin is defending well here and trying to improve his position.

Babushkin looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment. Babushkin is trying to get back to his feet but Delim has full control of the position and if anything, Babushkin has just worked his way into a worse spot.

That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. This is a sustained period of stalling by Delim. Babushkin trying to control the action but Delim just sinks the hooks in. Delim controlling the position well here. Babushkin rolled but Delim kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.

Babushkin throws a right hand that Delim ducks under and follows up with a left that Delim also avoids with ease. Babushkin misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Babushkin throws a lazy head kick and Delim counters with a takedown into side control. You can see the frustration on Babushkin's face as Delim controls the position. Babushkin can't do much from the bottom here. Delim just content to control the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Delim advances to mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Delim tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Delim avoids the attempt from Babushkin to control. Delim works his way to his opponent's back.
Delim is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Babushkin can do to turn this around? Delim controls the action. Delim continues to hold on tight.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Babushkin is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Babushkin trying to control the hands but Delim won't let him. Delim is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
Delim has the hooks in. Babushkin is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Delim looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Delim controlling the position well here. Babushkin rolled but Delim kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.

Delim appears to be looking for a counter takedown. A big right from Babushkin misses. Delim changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. A head kick misses from Babushkin. Delim feinted with a counter takedown. Babushkin misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Delim attempts a counter takedown but Babushkin avoids it well and moves away. Danila Babushkin is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Babushkin throws a sloppy head kick and Delim moves out of range easily. Delim half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Babushkin misses the shot to the body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Babushkin throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Babushkin takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Delim with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Babushkin to score with a decent uppercut. Babushkin throws a leg kick and Delim counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Delim.
That's one minute gone in the round. Delim is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Further stalling from Delim.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Babushkin drives through and clinches with Delim against the cage.
Babushkin wants a takedown but no success here.
Babushkin working hard to break the clinch. Delim gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Babushkin.
Babushkin is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Delim is keeping busy.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Babushkin goes for a takedown in the clinch but Delim prevents it.
Marlon Delim has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Danila Babushkin. Delim lands a takedown into guard.
Delim is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Danila Babushkin has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Babushkin wants to stand and escape but Delim is having none of it. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Babushkin throws some sloppy strikes off his back.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
