The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Dirk Anderson and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bonaparte forces Pain back against the cage and clinches.
Bonaparte lands with a left to the head.

Bonaparte escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Pain looks to land a body kick but Bonaparte moved away.
Bonaparte throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Pain sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Pain feints the counter takedown.
Bonaparte darts in and clinches Pain up against the cage.
Bonaparte lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Pain is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Pain takes a shot to the head.
A right handed body shot lands from Bonaparte.
Bonaparte lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Pain.
Pain tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Bonaparte is defending well against a takedown attempt.

Bonaparte lands a nice uppercut.

Bonaparte pushes Pain back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Bonaparte breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Bonaparte sets himself, and Pain steps forward looking for the clinch! Bonaparte avoids it this time.
Bonaparte throws a shot to the body.
A looping hook to the body misses from Bonaparte. Pain does a little dance to reset his feet.
Bonaparte comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Bonaparte drops Pain with a beautiful combination! Pain stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Bonaparte is looking for the KO!
Pain is rocked!
It looks like Axe Pain has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bonaparte ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Pain is still on wobbly legs! Can Bonaparte finish him?
Bonaparte feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Pain crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Napoleon Bonaparte!
