Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Glen Gall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wade Wallace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wade Wallace is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Glen Gall! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Wade Wallace! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Trevor Gratis and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gall digs a good hook to Wallace's body.
Wallace connects with a solid leg kick. Gall tries a head kick but it misses.
Gall tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Wallace defends well and Gall ends up having to push Wallace into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Wallace only half commits to the counter leg kick. Gall looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Gall darts in looking for a takedown but Wallace gets double underhooks and turns Gall into the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Glen Gall. That's going to take a lot out of him. Gall closes the distance and clinches up with Wallace, looking for a takedown. Gall pushes Wallace against the cage but Wallace circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Danga de danga de dang - Wallace scores with a four punch combination! Gall moves into range and clinches up with Wallace. Gall is working for takedown but Wallace is calmly controlling the position for now. Wallace prevents Gall from breaking the clinch. Wallace has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Gall avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Wallace manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Gall is stalling in the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gall being controlled here momentarily. Wallace is trying to control the position but Gall postures up. Gall drops back, looking for a kneebar! Wallace looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Wallace looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Wallace! Gall is not content to let Wallace control the position. Wallace controls the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Gall wants to control but Wallace postures up. Gall is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Wallace wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Gall, who protects the arm well. Wallace decides to take the fight back to the feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gall shoots in looking for a takedown but Wallace manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Gall's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Wallace counters with a body kick. No luck for Wallace with that takedown attempt. Gall looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit. Wallace throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Gall tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Wallace is in Gall's guard. Gall is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Wallace presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat. Gall lands a right hand that snaps the head of Wallace backwards. A short uppercut from Wallace. Wallace can't break the clinch.
Gall throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Wallace blocks it with crossed arms. Gall slowing the pace effectively.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gall is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Wallace to keep the fight standing. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Gall manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Gall wants to get back to striking at distance but Wallace won't allow it.

Wallace is trying to break the clinch but Gall is controlling him. Wallace has had enough of the clinch but Gall keeps him there for the moment. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Wade Wallace dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Gall shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Wallace as he avoids it easily. Gall shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Wallace defends it nicely. Wallace darts in and clinches Gall up against the cage. Wallace wants to stall.
Gall breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gall tries to score a power double leg takedown but Wallace sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Gall somewhat. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Glen Gall. That's going to take a lot out of him. Wallace throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gall tries to bum rush Wallace with a series of wild strikes but Wallace uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Gall shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Wallace counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Wallace shoots in but no luck this time. Gall is trying hard to land a takedown here. Wallace sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Wallace has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Gall shoots in for a takedown but Wallace shows good takedown defense. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Gall fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Wallace avoids it really well and circles away. Wallace lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Wallace fails with an attempt to clinch.
Gall is looking for a counter combo. Gall is trying hard to land a takedown here. Wallace sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Wallace is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Gall with a body shot. Wallace fails to land the takedown.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gall stuffs the takedown attempt from Wallace. Wallace gets slowly back to his feet. Wallace darts in looking for a takedown but Gall gets double underhooks and turns Wallace into the cage. Wallace shoots in looking for a takedown. Gall tries to sprawl out of it but Wallace keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gall manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Gall seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Gall tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Wallace paws at him with a jab and circles away. Gall tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Wallace counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Wallace tries to clinch there but Gall circles away.
Gall is looking to counter the offense by Wallace and move into the clinch. Wallace will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
That's three minutes gone in the round. No luck with that takedown attempt from Wallace. Wallace forces Gall back against the cage and clinches. Wallace with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Wallace breaks the clinch.
Gall fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Gall gets in close and instigates a clinch. Gall successfully pulls guard.
Wallace trying to control the position from guard on top but Gall is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Wallace throws a strike but Gall rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wallace is pulling down on Gall's head. It's preventing any offense from Gall, at least for the moment. Wallace looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Gall passes into half guard.
Gall stalling. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Gall throwing shots but Wallace is blocking nicely. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Wade Wallace will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Gall stuffs the takedown. Wallace pushes Gall up against the cage in a clinch. Wallace wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Wallace goes for a takedown attempt but Gall pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

That's one minute gone in the round. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Gall. Wallace steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect. Wallace tries to close the distance and clinch but Gall swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Wallace fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Wallace throws a head kick that misses. Gall closes this distance looking for a takedown but Wallace circles away. Gall shoots in for a takedown but Wallace shows good takedown defense. Wallace with a lazy takedown attempt and Gall counters by clinching up. Wallace takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Wallace is trying to push Gall away but Gall has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Glen Gall has scored more points in the clinch so far. Gall pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gall throws a wild body kick that Wallace sees coming a mile off. Gall stuffs the takedown. Gall fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Wallace wants to counter with a clinch but Gall pushes him away. Gall pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Wallace changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Gall shoots in but Wallace avoids the takedown attempt easily. Wallace steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Gall. Wallace shoots in looking for a takedown. Gall tries to sprawl out of it but Wallace keeps driving through. Wallace gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Gall counters with a left and a right that stings Wallace. Gall tries to clinch but Wallace moves out of range. Gall fails to land the takedown. Wallace has a takedown stuffed.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wallace shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Gall as he avoids it easily. As Wallace looks to move away, Gall throws a big counter combo but Wallace just gets out of the way. Gall shoots in for a takedown but Wallace shows good takedown defense. Gall misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Wallace throws a counter combo. Nice sprawl there from Wallace as Gall shoots in. Wallace throws a nice outside leg kick. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Gall is defended easily by Wallace. Glen Gall has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Wade Wallace is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. A right-left combo lands from Wallace.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Glen Gall. I think Wallace has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
