Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Manol Josifov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Krystian Olafsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Josifov comes to the cage accompanied by Bone Thugs N Harmony - Foe Tha Love of Money. Krystian Olafsson has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Manol Josifov's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Olafsson moves in looking to clinch but Josifov pushes him off.
Olafsson swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Josifov counters with a stiff right hand.

It looks like Krystian Olafsson has been cut.
Olafsson's jab looks to have found its range, popping Josifov under the eye.

It looks like Manol Josifov has been cut.
Olafsson just misses with a punch to the body.
Josifov lands a jab.
Josifov feints and then cracks Olafsson's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Olafsson down.
Josifov is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Olafsson.

Olafsson on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Josifov walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Josifov takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Olafsson misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Josifov.
Josifov is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Olafsson.
A slapping leg kick lands for Josifov.

Josifov feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Olafsson sprawling to the canvas! Olafsson rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Josifov finish him?!

That has opened up Krystian Olafsson's cut even more.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Josifov throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Olafsson sees it coming and avoids it easily.
A nice side step and Olafsson releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Josifov is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight.

Olafsson lands a left and a right that send Josifov crashing to the mat, dazed. Olafsson thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Josifov uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Olafsson.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Olafsson has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Josifov thows a body kick. Olafsson tries to catch it but that hurt him.

and Josifov counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

Josifov lands a nice looking kick to the body. Olafsson takes a step back to recover.
Josifov turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Josifov is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.

Josifov fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Olafsson.
Olafsson moves in looking to clinch but Josifov pushes him off.
Olafsson's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Josifov feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Olafsson's calf.
Olafsson takes a kick to the side of the head.

The cut above Krystian Olafsson's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Josifov dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Olafsson. That did some damage!

Josifov cracks Olafsson with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Olafsson looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Josifov finish him?

Olafsson is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Josifov lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Olafsson falls backwards - clearly groggy! Josifov dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Manol Josifov!
Manol Josifov retains his heavyweight title!
In his post fight interview, Manol Josifov started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
The defeated Krystian Olafsson had this to say: 'Much respect to my opponent, he was the better man tonight, Next time I will remove his soul from his body'.
