Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fredric Turner! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lee Feltner! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, George Francis and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Turner tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Feltner was well out of range. Poor timing from Turner. Feltner follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land. Turner tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Feltner is defended easily by Turner. Feltner misses with a takedown attempt - Turner sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Turner seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Feltner tries a head kick but it misses.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Turner gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Feltner goes for a takedown attempt but Turner pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Fredric Turner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lee Feltner. Turner swats away the attempt to clinch by Feltner.
That's one minute gone in the round. Feltner shoots in looking for a takedown. Turner tries to sprawl out of it but Feltner keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Turner manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Feltner misses with a hook
and Turner counters by moving into the clinch. Feltner missing with knees to the body.
Feltner changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Turner fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Turner clinches up against the cage. Feltner keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Turner's efforts to push away. Stalling in the clinch from Turner.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Feltner jumps guard but Turner turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Feltner is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Turner is keeping busy. Feltner prevents the takedown attempt.
Feltner tries to pull guard but Turner forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Feltner gets control of Turner's arms and successfully pulls guard. Feltner will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Turner is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Turner is in close to Feltner's body, working some short punches and elbows. Turner with a flurry of punches that miss. Feltner controls Turner momentarily but Turner frees himself.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Turner trying to stand up but can't free himself from Feltner's guard. Turner lands a couple of elbows. Feltner working a defensive guard here.
Feltner wants to stand and escape but Turner is having none of it. Feltner is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Turner stands up over Feltner, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Turner throwing strikes but missing. Turner postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Feltner working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Turner. Feltner has a closed guard, preventing Turner from standing up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Turner lands a couple of digs. Turner throwing strikes from guard but Feltner blocks nicely. Turner in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Turner is looking to work some ground and pound but Feltner has wrist control. Turner scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Turner has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Turner is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Turner really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Turner won't allow Feltner to sweep him here. Feltner is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Feltner looks winded! Feltner is looking to take a break and control but Turner is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Turner pushes Feltner off looking to stand but Feltner dives back in and keeps control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Feltner looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Turner is fending him off so far but Feltner persists. Nope, Turner circles away and we're back to standing. Lee Feltner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Feltner clinches up against the cage. Feltner tries to land a knee to the head but Turner blocks with his arms.
Turner breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Feltner tries to clinch up but Turner circles away and keeps his distance. Turner tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Feltner shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Turner defends it nicely. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Turner closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Feltner is looking to control Turner's arms but Turner gets an underhook and turns him. Now Feltner has his back to the cage. Turner breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Feltner gets a takedown into half guard. Feltner missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Feltner thows a huge punch but Turner dodges it nicely.
Turner keeps control of the position for the meantime.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Turner gets back to full guard.
Feltner has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Turner is proving hard to escape from. Feltner controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Feltner scoring with punches to the head and body. Feltner postures up and lands a big shot to Turner's brow. Turner is trying to keep Feltner in close.
Feltner advances to half guard. Feltner is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Turner defends it well. Feltner moves into full mount! Turner won't be happy about that!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Turner is squirming around, avoiding Feltner's attempts to control the action. Feltner unloads with some shots from mount but Turner bucks and avoids them well.
Lee Feltner has got the better of the ground game so far. Feltner trying to control but Turner is having none of it. Feltner throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Feltner thowing shots but they're missing. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lee Feltner showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Feltner closes the distance and clinches. Feltner's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Nice sprawl there from Turner as Feltner shoots in. Turner tries to close the distance and clinch but Feltner swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Turner swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Feltner!

Turner leaves Feltner with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Turner tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Feltner manages to circle out of the way. Turner slips under a jab from Feltner.

Turner clinches. Turner breaks the clinch.
Turner misses with a wild body shot. Feltner shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Turner defends it nicely. Feltner shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Turner wants to sweep here but Feltner controlling him for the moment. Turner wants to get back to his feet but Feltner is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Turner seems keen to control Feltner's posture. Feltner throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Turner has momentary wrist control but Feltner slips an elbow through the middle. Feltner drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Turner manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Feltner has Turner in his guard. Turner won't allow Feltner to sweep him here. Turner is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Turner chips away with some ground and pound. Turner with a flurry of punches that miss. Turner preventing the sweep. Turner wanted to stand there but Feltner had control of the position. Feltner is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Turner postures up and lands a big shot to Feltner's brow. Turner stands up from guard. Let's bang! Feltner looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Turner is fending him off so far but Feltner persists. Nope, Turner circles away and we're back to standing. Feltner takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Turner lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Feltner at a distance.
Turner looks to score with a jab to the body but Feltner is just out of range. Feltner is looking for the big counter here. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Feltner keeps the fight on the outside. Feltner appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. Turner has Feltner up against the cage in a clinch.
And that's the end of the fight! Fredric Turner showed his dominance in that final round. I think Turner has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
