Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Aaron McGinnis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Granat Xhaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McGinnis comes to the cage accompanied by Star.One - Original Badman Feat. Takura & Assassin. On his way into the cage it seems that Aaron McGinnis has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Aaron McGinnis seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGinnis is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Xhaka.
McGinnis connects with a single shot there.
Xhaka fails in his attempt to clinch.
McGinnis misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Xhaka.
McGinnis throws a wild body kick that Xhaka sees coming a mile off.
Xhaka checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
McGinnis throws the kick towards the body but Xhaka avoids it.
McGinnis comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Xhaka wants to clinch up but McGinnis keeps it at a distance.
Xhaka tries to close the distance and clinch but McGinnis swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Xhaka creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Crunch! McGinnis slams his shin into Xhaka's torso.
McGinnis lands with an uppercut that bounces Xhaka off the cage and back into range.

Xhaka tries to clinch but McGinnis moves out of range.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

McGinnis throws the kick towards the body but Xhaka avoids it.
Xhaka throws out a counter right but McGinnis avoids it with no problem.
Xhaka tries to close the distance and clinch but McGinnis swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

McGinnis's corner calls for a 1-2. McGinnis obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
McGinnis dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Xhaka. That did some damage!
Aaron McGinnis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Xhaka tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Xhaka moves into range and clinches up with McGinnis.

McGinnis pushes Xhaka back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

McGinnis throws a shot to the body.
McGinnis avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Xhaka walks into a left hand.
McGinnis throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
McGinnis thows a body kick. Xhaka tries to catch it but that hurt him.
McGinnis cracks Xhaka with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Xhaka tries to close the distance and clinch up but McGinnis swats him away and circles back towards the center.
McGinnis takes a swing at Xhaka's ribcage but misses.
Xhaka looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Xhaka doesn't manage to clinch there - McGinnis circles away.
McGinnis was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.

McGinnis connects with a jab.

Xhaka darts in and clinches McGinnis up against the cage.
McGinnis pushes Xhaka back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
A head punch on the inside from Xhaka fails to land.

McGinnis breaks the clinch.
McGinnis connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Xhaka momentarily.
McGinnis getting the better of the striking in that exchange.

Xhaka is rocked!
Xhaka tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. McGinnis manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Xhaka is still on wobbly legs! Can McGinnis finish him?
Xhaka gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! McGinnis gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Xhaka is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
