Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Winston Alpacca and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Messi lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Messi takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Messi digs a good hook to Koscheck's body.
Messi ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Koscheck moves away.
Messi connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Koscheck momentarily.
Messi has closed the distance and engaged Koscheck in a clinch.
Messi fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Messi swings away with an uppercut that misses.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Messi.
Messi lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Koscheck or not.
A right hook to the body lands for Messi.
Messi lands a hook that snaps the head of Koscheck backwards.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Messi digs a right hand into Koscheck's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Koscheck's gas tank.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.

Koscheck drops down looking for an ankle pick but Messi pulls his leg out and moves away.
Koscheck is aggressively charging in as Messi backs up avoiding any damage. Messi tosses out a jab and Koscheck runs right into it face first! Koscheck is out cold! Messi dropped down on all fours and is barking in Koscheck's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Leonel Messi!
Leonel Messi decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
